At Harjas Boutique USA, we do not offer refunds on any purchases at this time. All sales are considered final once completed.

In the rare event that you receive a defective product, please record an open video showing the defect and contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the video and provide an exchange if the defect is confirmed. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
